Case Circumstances
LAST SEEN at her home on 10/12/2007 at 0700 AM @120 IDA ST IN VER0NA, MS". Also was last seen near the school located at 903 Filmore Drive, Tupleo, MS where she was employed. Sister reported her missing when school called and reported she did not pick up her 3 children after school.
Additional Information: She was dropping someone off and has not been seen or heard from since. The vehicle she was last seen driving, a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am, was found that evening at Warfield Apartments on Jackson Street in Tupelo, Mississippi. Witnesses saw the car speed into the parking lot and park. A black male exited the vehicle wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. Upon exiting, the man ran behind the apartments where there was a field and a small storage unit. When Phinizee did not pick her children up from her sister's home, her sister reported her missing. Police went to her home and noted that the bedsheets on the bed in the Master bedroom were gone. Her husband, Robert "Tre" Phinizee, said that the last time he saw her was around 6:00 a.m. that morning and that she likely ran off with her boyfriend. He claimed the sheets were removed after their child wet the bed. The missing sheets have never been located.
