Last seen in the area of the Barnes Crossing Area near the Pines Apartment. Was reported that he called for a cab and when the cab arrived, he was no where to be found. May be suffering from a mental condition that may impair his judgment.
Additional Information: He may have been en route to Memphis, Tennessee. Essex called his daughter the night before he disappeared panicking because he thought someone was trying to break into his apartment. His daughter did not live in town so she reached out to local family members to go over and check on Essex. They checked on him that night and stated that everything appeared fine.

It is unclear if the alleged attempted break-in was related to Essex's disappearance or not.
