Case Circumstances
Burr was out at a nightclub with two friends that he worked with. The three men were witnessed leaving the nightclub in Pass Christian together. The friends stated that Burr dropped them off at their homes at around 3:45 a.m. on the morning of March 23, 1991. Burr stated that he was headed home; however, he never made it and has not been seen or heard from again. His car remains missing.
