Case Circumstances
Harmon disappeared and was apparently murdered in June 1985. His body has never been found. A suspect later confessed to disposing of his body. The body was allegedly disposed of in a cemetery just 300 yards behind where the suspect used to live.
Additional Information: Harmon was last seen in Monroe County, Mississippi on June 29, 1985. He and his mother lived together on Thayer Avenue.
The day prior to his disappearance, he told his father that he was thinking about purchasing a used car. The next day, he disappeared, leaving his uncashed paycheck behind at home. Before his disappearance, Harmon had been awarded a settlement from a lawsuit and he was being threatened due to this.
