The West Point Police Department needs help in locating a missing person. On April 25, 2024 at 11:27pm. Officer's responded to Duncan Street in Westwood III. The mother of Charles Smith reported her son missing. She said Charles Smith was 32 years old, medium complexion, approximately 190 pounds, and around 6' tall. He wears a black cap. He frequents the Exxon, Shell, and Westwood II area. Upon checking the area he was last scene at the Exxon station that morning.
